01 · What we’ll build

We will design and build a custom operations platform that serves as BDC's central command — consolidating member…

Centralized Operations Dashboard

  • Live view of active and inactive member counts with status indicators
  • Real-time occupancy tracking across all 17 offices, conference rooms, podcast studio, and classroom
  • Revenue trend reporting pulled from booking and membership data
  • Lead pipeline status showing inquiry stage and last-touch activity

Member Re-Engagement Automation

  • Segmented outreach campaign targeting all ~500 inactive Proximity accounts
  • Multi-step email sequence with personalized re-engagement messaging and membership offer
  • SMS touchpoint integration for high-priority lapsed member segments
  • Conversion tracking tied back to dashboard for real-time re-engagement ROI visibility

Lead Nurturing & Space Booking Sequences

  • Automated email and SMS follow-up triggered by every new space inquiry
  • Sequence covers initial response, pricing delivery, tour scheduling, and post-tour follow-up
  • Separate nurture tracks for coworking membership leads vs. hourly/daily venue rentals
  • Calendar or booking link integration to reduce manual scheduling friction

Email & SMS Automation Infrastructure

  • Full activation and configuration of your existing email platform (replacing unused MailChimp setup or integrating with new stack)
  • SMS integration for time-sensitive booking confirmations, reminders, and re-engagement messages
  • Branded email templates aligned to BDC's visual identity for all automated sequences
  • Unsubscribe, opt-out, and compliance handling built in

Reporting & Analytics Layer

  • Custom reporting views replacing Proximity's manual metric counting
  • Automated weekly or monthly summary reports delivered to AJ's inbox
  • Occupancy rate tracking per space type with trend visualization
  • Member growth and churn reporting with month-over-month comparison
